Chocolate Chip Cookies? Yes. Sea Salt with dark chocolate? Always. Stuffed with Nutella? Are you kidding me?
This may be the best combo ever… and they taste as good as they sound. Healthy? No but in a new world of green juices, chia puddings and super food salads, sometimes you need a gooey nutella-stuffed-sea-salt-chocolate-chip-cookie. And they’re super easy to make – score!
If you haven’t heard of Signe you can thank your lucky stars we’re introducing you to her here. Signe is a writer, cook and consultant who grew up in Norway & now lives in London. Having trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, Signe has worked in some of the UK’s top restaurants. She’s even got two seriously scrumptious books to her name Secrets of Scandinavian Cooking…Scandilicious and Scandilicious Baking.

Fluffy French patisserie is all well and good but sometimes you need a heartwarming Scandi in your life. Or more specifically your kitchen. (more…)

Most likely it’s down to the fact that it’s a holiday centred around sugar.

Everyone loves cupcakes, and that’s fine. I’m partial to a red velvet when executed well, and I’d never turn down a Hummingbird black bottom. But nothing touches a brownie. These dense, fudgy nuggets of chocolate goodness can’t be beat in my book. (more…)
