For the second Hautelist Xmas Special, we’re focusing on the Globe Trotters… those perennial travellers who are always off somewhere hot and exotic (grr!) – so if your present list includes anyone who loves a vay-cay, here’s an opportunity to make their journeys a little more glamorous. Check out our top Christmas picks here… (more…)
As we are officially one month away from Christmas, this week we will be making your present buying much easier! We’ve put together some tailored gift lists depending on whether your loved ones are real foodies, globetrotters or would just love something new to wear or use. Everything we have picked is basically what we would like to see for ourselves under the tree (we hope certain people are reading this!!!) so we have really scoured the web for you – if you like our taste in other things, then all you’ll need to do is click and buy and we hope your family and friends will like what you’ve chosen – let us know if they go down well!!

If you haven’t heard of Signe you can thank your lucky stars we’re introducing you to her here. Signe is a writer, cook and consultant who grew up in Norway & now lives in London. Having trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, Signe has worked in some of the UK’s top restaurants. We love Signe’s authentic style and the warmth that radiates from her recipes. We dare you not to fall for her dreamy Nordic treats like the cinnamon bun cake or whimsical heart-shaped waffles. Fluffy French patisserie is all well and good but sometimes you need a heartwarming Scandi in your life. Or more specifically your kitchen. (more…)
We are in the midst of putting together our new home office – we are going for a bright and airy space but want to add some whimsical touches to it. Having scoured through pages of desks and storage options, we came across Essa Designed; a Melbourne- based company that specialise in fantastic prints specifically for home offices to add some character to your personal space.
